The Congress of Vienna was held to establish a post-war order aimed at stabilizing Europe and mitigating the destructive effects of the Napoleonic Wars. This congress, which greatly influenced the political, social, and economic structure of Europe, marked the beginning of a long period of peace and stability in Europe and was accepted as a fundamental reference point in international relations. The Congress of Vienna involves creating a simulation for participants to reenact historical events by representing the European states of the time in the format of Model United Nations. At the FBALMUN’24 conference, delegates will be redrawing the history of this congress.

The European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) is an industry alliance representing automotive manufacturers in Europe. ACEA aims to safeguard the economic and industrial interests of automotive manufacturers and determine common positions of member companies on EU regulations, emission standards, safety requirements, trade policies, etc. At the FBALMUN'24 conference, delegates will work on learning the fundamentals of the economy and gain a closer understanding of the functions of manufacturing industries.

United Nations Human Settlements Programme is the United Nations body responsible for promoting sustainable urbanization and adequate shelter for all. UN-Habitat’s goals include improving the quality of life in cities and towns, promoting social inclusion and equity, enhancing environmental sustainability, and reducing poverty and inequality in urban areas. Participants of this committee will be provided an opportunity to get to learn about sustainable urbanization, environment and urban planning, and the housing right. Participants will also be able to discuss urban planning strategies and methods. FBALMUN’24 allows its participants to learn more about city and town planning, the relationship between environment and human settlements, and ways to build more sustainable living quarters.

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, also known as UN Women, is an organization established to support the work of women in the areas of equality, empowerment, and human rights. UN Women implements various programs worldwide focusing on women's rights. The organization works on issues such as increasing women's political participation, empowering their economic rights, combating violence against women, and ensuring access to education and healthcare services. In the FBALMUN'24 conference, this committee will work to raise awareness about human rights and find solutions to current problems.

The Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC) aims to address global disarmament issues and devise solutions to ensure international peace. This committee allows delegates to discuss various security concerns and engage in discussions to present solution proposals by advocating for their own country's policies or collaborating with various groups.

The Nazi Reich triumphed in the Second World War by defeating its allies and becoming masters of Europe. The world has become a playground of the cold war between Nazi Germany, Japan and United States. The former Soviet Union and the Slavic Race are under German occupation and oppression. The Russian warlords, who were in chaos and anarchy behind the Ural Mountains, were reunited under President Vasily Shukshin’s Federation in 1972 and were preparing for the ‘’Second Great Patriotic War’’ to take revenge on Nazi Germany and liberate Moscow.
